We had a great time! Enjoyed all the stops on the itinerary. Very organized. My only suggestion would be a different hotel choice.

We had an amazing trip. I had a broken foot for this trip, however I did not buy the insurance so I felt that I needed to go. And I am beyond glad that I did. The tour guide was wonderful and extremely kind. He made sure that my ECV that was ordered was at the hotel and in working order. He showed me and helped me rent one in the parks and made sure to walk with me so that I did not feel rushed to get anywhere till I could rent one. He also checked on me to make sure that I was doing alright every night upon returning to the hotel. He had lots of useful knowledge about the places we went and gave great suggestions on rides and places to eat. The hotel was great as well. The staff was kind and helpful. They helped my daughter and I to our room upon arriving since I had a broken foot. The breakfast staff was kind and even helped carry my food to the table. The entire trip was an experience that my daughter and I will not forget. She is asking to go back already. My only complaint is that I wish I knew the itinerary ahead of time and not 2 days upon leaving in order to make arrangements for the ECV easier. I even talked to our band director about an idea to do another trip in 2 years to New Orleans with your company. Hopefully he takes the suggestion to heart and acts on it. I would use your company over and over again for all upcoming band trips if possible.
